FAQs
What is the cost for me to attend?
There is no cost for top builder and service executives to attend PSN Connect Live. Arrangements for your travel and accommodations will be made on your behalf, compliments of Pool and Spa News. The only costs you may incur are airport parking, checked luggage, meals to and from the event, and dinner on the final night if you choose not to attend a supplier dinner.
Will transportation be provided at the airport upon arrival?
We cover all transportation needs while at the conference, including shuttles to and from the airport.
How do appointment sessions work?
Appointments consist of 15-minute segments of quality, face-to-face sessions with leading pool industry suppliers.
Do I schedule my own appointments?
Our team happily schedules all of your appointments for you. We provide you with a printed appointment schedule in your registration packet, however, you’ll always have access to your detailed appointment schedule in our conference mobile app.
Can I request meetings with specific suppliers?
ALWAYS! We encourage you to let us know which attending suppliers you would like to meet with, or which suppliers you would like to learn more about.
